YOUR TASKS

  • You have many years of experience in yacht interior design and are familiar with the high standards of this luxury segment. Together with the team, you will help develop clients’ ideas and requests.
  • You will contribute your technical expertise and know-how, and are well-versed in the technical requirements and details of the yacht industry, such as weight and product specifications, fire safety, etc.
  • As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will oversee both external and internal project management. You will guide the project from the initial concept through project strategy, development, and execution, all the way to installation and client acceptance. In doing so, you will lead and coordinate the team while maintaining an overview of costs, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • You have completed technical training (Master Carpenter, LAP Carpenter, HTL in Interior Design, degree in engineering, or similar) and have many years of professional experience in yacht interior design (motor yachts, sailing yachts, etc.).
  • You possess excellent project management skills, business acumen, and demonstrate a hands-on and can-do attitude.
  • You are a communicative, results-oriented individual with integrity and enjoy collaborating with and leading interdisciplinary teams.
  • You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel internationally.

For this position we offer a salary in line with the market from € 70.000,- gross, depending on skills and experience.
