YOUR TASKS
- You will establish, maintain, and further develop a global installation network consisting of in-house teams, subcontractors, and partner companies.
- You will lead the installation department, with responsibility for workforce planning, resource management, and on-site management.
- You will design internal training and installation programs, implement them, and integrate them into our apprenticeship program.
- To ensure smooth operations, you will work closely with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Project Management, and Logistics.
- You will provide technical advice during the acquisition and bidding phases, handle feasibility studies, time and cost calculations, and risk assessments, and have budget responsibility.
- You ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost awareness, implement lean and standardization processes, and report using clear KPIs.
- To ensure transparency and better traceability, you use digital tools (e.g., assembly log, ERP, BIM).
- You take responsibility for occupational safety, environmental, and ship safety standards.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- You hold a college degree (civil engineering, interior design, naval architecture) or a comparable qualification (e.g., master carpenter) and have several years of leadership experience in the installation of interior design projects, ideally in the luxury segment (megayachts, residences).
- You have in-depth knowledge of installation processes, quality management, safety regulations, and supplier and subcontractor management, ensuring the highest standards are met.
- You have experience in training and developing employees and apprentices, thereby driving the growth of your team.
- You stand out for your strong leadership and communication skills, intercultural competence, and a hands-on approach.
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are a plus. You are also highly willing to travel internationally.
- You possess project management skills, are proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and at least one construction or project management software, and ideally have experience in BIM/CAD environments.

For this position we offer a salary in line with the market from € 76.000,- gross, depending on skills and experience.
